All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars (USD).
Refund Policy
All sales are final once the product has been shipped. We do not offer refunds after shipment.
If you encounter any software or hardware issues with your device, please contact our customer support team for troubleshooting and solutions. We are committed to resolving any technical problems promptly.
Processing & Shipping
- Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 48 hours (for in-stock items).
- Custom/Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time before shipment via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, etc.
- 3D Printing Shrouds & Special Items: Typically take 3-5 business days to prepare before shipping. Customers are advised to confirm stock availability before placing orders.
Packaging Details
Most machines include a PSU (Power Supply Unit), but please check the product description for specifics. All products are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging.
Taxes & Customs Duties
- Coolmute’s prices exclude VAT, import taxes, and customs duties.
- The customer is solely responsible for any applicable fees as per their country’s regulations.
- If a product needs to be returned to Hong Kong for repairs, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
